Below we suggest an effective method for making parsley last up to a month in the refrigerator . Proceed as follows.
- Once you have purchased the parsley, fill a container with clean water and add 3-4 tablespoons of white vinegar. Let the parsley soak in this solution for 5-10 minutes.
- Place the parsley in a colander and let it dry. It is important that the parsley dries completely.
- Fill a glass jar halfway with water. Insert the parsley into the jar, as if it were a bouquet in a vase: each stem must touch the water.
- Place a plastic bag on the parsley leaves. It must completely cover the entire plant.
- Place in the fridge, in the part furthest from the freezer.
