• 2 tomatoes 

• 1 cucumber

• 1 half avocado

• 1 half red onion

• Parsley

• 1 lemon

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado into cubes, the onion into thin strips. Finely chop the parsley. Put everything in a salad bowl. For the sauce, mix two tablespoons of olive oil with the juice of one lemon, add the parsley, salt and pepper. Serve the fresh salad, enjoy your meal!
