Substrate Preparation and Incubation
To prepare the growing medium, immerse straw or hay in the lime water mixture. Let it soak for about 30 minutes and then drain it. Next, cover the drained substrate with plastic for approximately 4 days, maintaining a temperature of 65-70°C.
Mushroom Cultivation

Monitor the bags until the mycelium covers them uniformly with a white color. Once this happens, cut and hang the bags, making staggered incisions for mushroom sprouting.
Water the bags 2-3 times daily to maintain even moisture. Harvest the mushrooms by twisting them counterclockwise. After harvesting, pause watering to allow for further sprouting and to care for subsequent generations.
This process can be repeated for subsequent harvests, as later generations tend to grow more abundantly.
