It also contains allicin, which is formed during the mechanical destruction of plants, so it is by crushing or crushing garlic that its properties are made the most of. Some studies have shown that allicin has a strong bacteriostatic effect, which cures infections faster.Ezoic

To  grow garlic in a pot  you only need a clove of garlic, a container and some soil.

Take the container and fill it with potting soil. Separate the garlic cloves and place them in the soil in a vertical position at a depth of about 3 centimeters.
Place the container in a sunny part of the house and water it when the soil dries out, as you would any other plant.

Once it reaches 7-10cm in height, cut the plant back and leave about 2-3cm for regrow. After a while, the plants will dry out and turn brown. The time has come to remove it from the ground, each clove will have formed a bulb with several cloves. Take one of these wedges and repeat the operation.
