Ingredients
4 eggs
A glass of sugar
A glass of oil
Liquid vanilla
2 glasses of flour
1 packet of baking powder
½ glass of milk or 1 yogurt with vanilla flavor
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with sugar and liquid vanilla, add the oil, yogurt or milk, beat well, then add the flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
When your cake is golden brown, remove it from the oven and drizzle with a mixture of jam and orange blossom water.
