3 targeted exercises to eliminate flabby arms with a “curtain” effect

Arms that lose tone , appear flaccid and the annoying “curtain” effect appears is one of the most common problems of those over a certain age. Obviously, the problem becomes particularly annoying with the arrival of the summer and the need to wear more open clothes.

1. Plank with weights

Lie on your stomach on a flat surface and rest your body on the balls of your feet and the palms of your hands. He grabs two 1-2 kilo dumbbells with his hands.

Bring the dumbbell in your right hand to chest level, then lower it and raise your left arm.

Repeat the movement 20 times, for 3 daily series, to eliminate flaccidity in the arms.

2. Arm stretches

Keep your torso straight, open your legs slightly and stretch your arms forward.

Then, bend your extremities, closing your feet and bringing your wrists to the tops of your legs. Open up again and move, this time to the opposite side.

Perform 4 sets of 15 movements each, and remember to keep your arm muscles well contracted.

3. Lateral raises

Lie on your side and lift your body, leaning on your right forearm and toes.

Once you have achieved balance, grab a dumbbell with your left arm, extend it upwards and then bring it back down. He repeat 20 times, then do 2 more reps and switch sides.
